FAQ & Policies
How do I reserve a court?
Select your date, court, and time above. Submit your request without paying — staff review and approve it. Once approved, you have one hour to complete payment online to confirm your booking.
Can I walk in for open play?
Yes. Open play is walk-in only. Pay ₱100 at the venue and join the rotation. No reservation needed.
How many players can use a reserved court?
Up to 4 players are included at ₱300/hour. Additional players are ₱50 each per hour.
What happens if I don't pay within the hour?
Your approved slot is held for one hour. If payment is not completed, the hold expires and the time is released back for others to book.
What is the cancellation policy?
Provisional — No cash refunds. One reschedule credit available. Final policy to be confirmed with the owner before launch.
Does coaching include court rental?
No. Coaching rates are separate. A court rental fee of ₱300/hour applies in addition to coaching rates.
